A mainstay in our own Jalapeño Cheddar brats and smokies, our jalapeño flakes and powder are 100% jalapeños. Like our other seasonings and spices, our dried, ground, jalapeño powder is all-natural with no fillers or anti-caking agents.
Instructions:
- Add 4oz jalapeño powder and flakes to 25 pounds of meat. Use more or less jalapeño powder depending on your desired level of heat.
