By popular request, we've put together a Jalapeno Cheddar Snack Sticks DIY Bundle, that comes with everything you need to make delicious snack sticks in Jalapeno Cheddar flavor. Spicy Jalapeno flakes and powder bring the heat and Cheddar Cheese rounds off the flavor profile. Enjoy the fresh zing of jalapeno, coupled with creamy Cheddar cheese. 

We like to make snack these sticks with beef, bison, and wild game like venison, elk and antelope. 

All orders with High Temp Cheeses are shipped in insulated packaging and we do NOT ship these out every day. Your order may be delayed several days by adding cheese. This is to ensure it arrives as cold as it can and that we avoid cheese sitting idle in trucks or warehouses over the weekend.

1 pack 17mm Mahogany Smoke Stick Collagen Casings (4 strands) for 25 lbs 

1 pack Sodium Nitrite Curing Salt (1oz) for 25 lbs

1 pack Dried Diced Jalapenos and Powder (4oz)
